This E-Book/Program Includes:
A simple, no fluff 12-week program designed to increase foundational strength, stability, hypertrophy, and stamina. Despite these things being absolutely critical for success in almost all fitness endeavors, I find they are rarely combined well into one program, this program is the solution.
4 weekly training sessions structured as lower, upper, lower, upper.
Three unique training blocks focused on performance, muscle building and maximum strength. All three blocks are built around unique lifts that support the primary goal of that training block - so things stay fresh.
Minimal emphasis on machine work allows this program to be completed in almost any gym.
A breakdown of foundational training concepts like progressive overload, volume, intensity, frequency, tempo, and MANY more.
Tips as to how one should integrate proper sleep, nutrition, and stress management for health and success in the gym.
Valuable insights from my years coaching REAL people, both in-person and online, as straightforwardly and concisely possible.
Nutrition tips to optimize program success.
Built-in biofeedback monitoring tools.
Easy to print out and take with you to the gym for tracking/logging.
It can be repeated all year round to drive different goals/adaptations (you make the adjustments).
